Terms of service

These terms apply to www.barakhadi.com and the Barakhadi learning activities (together, "Barakhadi"), provided by Barakhadi LLC, Virginia, USA ("we", "us"). By using Barakhadi or subscribing, you agree to these terms. If you subscribe on behalf of a child or a class, you agree to them on their behalf.

The service

Barakhadi is a set of interactive Marathi learning activities. The activities are hosted on our learning platform, TalentLMS, and accessed with a login we provide. We may add, update or retire activities over time to improve the program.

Accounts

• Each student account is for one student. Please don't share logins.
• Give us accurate information and keep login details private.
• Parents and teachers are responsible for how the children they create accounts for use Barakhadi.

Subscriptions and payment

• A student subscription costs $60 per student per level per year, unless we agree a different price with you (for example a multi-level discount or a school package).
• A subscription gives access to the activities in the chosen level(s) for 12 months from the date the account is activated.
• We will remind you before access ends and explain how to renew.
• School packages follow the terms agreed with the school.

Refunds

If Barakhadi isn't right for you, email us at info@barakhadi.com within 14 days of your subscription starting and we will refund you in full.

Acceptable use

Please don't misuse Barakhadi. In particular, don't:

• copy, resell or redistribute the activities or their content;
• try to access accounts or parts of the platform that aren't yours;
• interfere with the website or platform, or use automated tools to scrape it.

Our content

The activities, lessons, illustrations, audio, videos and the Barakhadi name and logo belong to Barakhadi LLC or our licensors. Your subscription lets the student use them for personal learning (or classroom use, for school packages). It doesn't transfer any ownership.

Third-party services

Barakhadi relies on providers such as TalentLMS, Cloudflare, Wistia and Stripe. Their own terms also apply when you use their parts of the service. We aren't responsible for outages or changes on their side, but we will do our best to keep Barakhadi running smoothly.

Disclaimers

We work hard to make Barakhadi accurate, available and useful, but it is provided "as is". We don't promise that it will always be available or error-free, or that it will produce a particular learning result.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to Barakhadi is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Ending access

You can stop using Barakhadi at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If we stop offering Barakhadi, we will refund the unused part of any paid subscription.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page, and tell subscribers by email about significant changes.
